    Indoor Capacity: 120 People


    Each event that plans to serve alcohol requires a  special event insurance policy in the amount

    of a minimum of $1,000,000 with SELuxe Occasions, LLC and The Corner listed as an additional insured.


    50% of payment is due at the time of signing a contract along with a $250

    refundable damage/security deposit. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
